1. Lot / Land Acquisition

This is the first and critical step.  Build in some of our exclusive access communities on one of our desirable lots, or bring us a lot you have already have purchased or interested in. We would be happy to walk the lot with you to ensure it will fit your house needs. Either way, don’t wait for fully developed plans to finalize your lot selection. We have a full team and partners who can help you find the perfect lot and we always suggest doing this  as early in the build process as possible. The sooner we get involved, the sooner we can help uncover potential lot risk and ensure your desired project is completely feasible.

2. Design

Having custom homes mean no two homes are the same, and every home has its own personality. We do it by working with our very own in-house design team. Whether you want to use one of custom plans with modifications or create something that is specifically tailored for you we can do it!  We’re here every step of the way to help you develop the plan that’s right for you and your family’s lifestyle. By being involved during your home’s design, we can utilize 3-D rendering technology to ensure we align on every single detail throughout the home.

3. Build / Construction

Our homes are built just as luxury as they look. We utilize only the most advanced technologies, materials and socially-responsible building practices in our homes. Once construction starts, our entire team comes together to execute your vision and create your dream home, on time and on budget. Your dedicated project manager will keep your project on track and allow you to view your home’s progress in real time. Our design team will accompany you to all selection meetings, ensuring those inspiration boards you’ve been tirelessly curating become a reality.

4. Purchase

We make the home purchasing process stress-free. Select & purchase your dream home within 4-6 weeks  from completion with our expert assistance. And finally, you’ll rest easy knowing we fully stand behind our work. If any issues are overlooked through closing, your project manager will address them quickly and efficiently. And don’t worry; your home comes with a standard one-year warranty administered by our in-house warranty manager
